Doccle is now ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 27001: 2013 certified
A recognition of our platform’s quality and security
We are very proud to announce that we now have the certifications for Quality Management Standard ISO 9001: 2015, as well as Information Security Standard ISO 27001: 2013: the highest standards of quality of service and information security.
Simply put, ISO 9001: 2015 is the international standard for establishing a quality management system (QMS). A QMS refers to the policies, procedures, processes and records that define how a company creates and delivers its products and services.
ISO 9001: 2015 is published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and is the result of an international consensus between a majority of European countries of what consists high quality service. In other words, like other ISO 9001: 2015 certified companies, Doccle provides improved customer satisfaction as defined by the EU.
An ISO-certified company undergoes rigorous audits of internal processes to meet the quality norm. This means that all the companies that work with- and provide documents through our platform can now be sure that the best possible service will be provided, without having to control it themselves.
This proves that Doccle has proven to go the extra mile to enhance customer satisfaction and improve quality of service.

ISO 27001: 2013 deals with an extremely important issue – managing information security within an organization. The world’s leading experts in information security wrote the standard which provides organizations with a methodology to implement proper management of information security. An independent certification body ensures that certified companies can protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of their information.
Protecting information has never been more important than today. Electronic transfer of information carries countless risks. Fortunately, the main philosophy of ISO 27001: 2013 is risk management. By locating the potential information security problems early on (risk assessment), ISO 27001: 2013 helps to define risks (risk treatment) and treat them systematically (safeguard implementation).
But managing information security within an organization does not end with IT security alone. ISO 27001: 2013 also ensures the proper management of physical information, helps with managing processes, human resources, enables legal protection, etc.
Security and risk management has been essential for Doccle from the start. The certificate is a recognition of our focus on security. It shows that we are dedicated to fulfill our mission to simplify digital administration while at the same time guaranteeing maximum security to both our end users and our stakeholders.
