The Doccle virtual assistant
Our brand new chatbot, Doccy, was launched this februari on the Doccle website. Our virtual assistant offers an answer immediately on the frequently asked questions of the Docclers.
Doccy is developped by Oswald, a company located in Leuven, and can be compared to a help page for frequently asked questions. But instead of having to scroll down the page, you can just ask Doccy your question in the chat window. This way, the chatbot can answer questions like “How do I create an account?” and “How do I add a company?”. We already had a live-chat, but the difference is that Doccy answers questions 24/7 since it works with artifical intelligence.
Our CEO, Bram Lerouge, explains why having a chatbot is a must for a platform like his: The power of digital administration lies in the fact that it is available 24/7. With our chatbot, we garanty that our users will always be helped quickly with an answer to their questions, even outside office hours. The final aim is for Doccle to be able to treat everybody’s administration completely automatically. Therefore, we keep investing in innovation and AI, with as a first step, our chatbot.”
