Paying with Doccle is easy
With Doccle, you receive automatic notifications for new invoices. When you pay an invoice through Doccle, it’s automatically marked as “paid,” helping you keep an overview. If you forget an invoice, Doccle sends a payment reminder before the due date.
Additionally, all your invoices are securely stored for as long as you need them. Useful for warranty proofs and more.

Payments with Doccle are smooth and efficient. You have instant access to your real invoices, and payments are processed through your trusted banking app.

How Do I Pay via Doccle?
If you have an invoice to pay, you’ll find a “Pay Now” button after opening the document.
Via the Doccle browser version, you’ll receive a QR code to scan with your preferred banking app on your smartphone. Simply follow the instructions.
Via the Doccle app, there’s no QR code. Instead, you’ll be taken directly to a selection screen showing all Bancontact-compatible apps installed on your mobile device.
Why can’t I pay my invoice?
There are several reasons why a payment button may not be available on a document:
- You already have an active direct debit.
- The due date has passed.
- The document is marked as “already paid.”
- The payment has already been processed.
- The company has not enabled payment for this document.
For which Companies can I pay via Doccle?
At the moment, you can already pay invoices for many companies. This includes your water bill, hospital/medical lab invoices, or telecom bills.
Some of these companies are listed below, but you can find the full overview of all companies working with Doccle via this link. Not all companies offer payment through Doccle yet, but the number is growing every day.
Water bill
If your water provider is Aquadin, De Watergroep, Pidpa, Vivaqua, or Water-link, you can easily pay your water bill via Doccle.
Invoices from your hospital or medical lab
We already collaborate with many hospitals and medical labs, including AKL, AZ Delta, AZ Groeninge, AZ Jan Palfijn, AZ Monica, CMA, Jessa Hospital, UZ Leuven and UZA, among others.
