How can I register with Doccle?
You can register with two methods:
- with your email address
- with your electronic ID card (eID)
Go to our registration page and fill in your details straight away or click on Register with eID.
After registering with your email address, you can always link your eID to your Doccle account later.
Note: if you have already created a Doccle account (e.g. for a family member) you don’t need to create a new account. You can add several partners to the same Doccle account (for instance, for two bank accounts or several family members with the same health insurance).
How do I register with my electronic ID card / eID?
To register with eID, you need your electronic ID card and an eID card reader.
The card reader may already be integrated in your computer. If not, you can buy one cheap from most multimedia stores.
The use of an eID and the accompanying software installation (middleware, add-ons, extensions etc.) depend on the internet browser used (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome etc.).

Note: At the moment, the Microsoft Edge browser does not yet support the eID.
What is my password?
Your password is strictly personal and only you should know it.
How do I log into my Doccle account?
There are two methods for logging in to your Doccle account:
- with your username and password
- with your electronic ID card (eID)
Note: you must first link your eID to your Doccle account before using it to log in.
Go to the login page and log in straight away with your username and password or click on Log in with eID.
Where can I find my acces code / token / security code / etc.?
For this, it’s best to look on our dedicated partner page.
Click on the logo of the partner that you want to add to your Doccle account for more information.
How can I add a family member to my Doccle account?
Step 1: In your account, click open the frame at top right
Step 2: Under Connect to you will see the logos of some of our partners. Click on the logo of the partner for which you want to add a family member. If you don’t see the logo of the partner you want, click on ‘+ other‘
Step 3: You can then connect to the partner and enter the details (token, code etc.)
You can repeat this for each family member or for each person who you want to add to your account.
How can I change the name of a partner connection?
Step 1: In your account, go to preferences and click on the category document settings
Step 2: Click on the logo of the partner for which you want to rename the connection
Step 3: Click on the pencil icon next to the current name to enter the required name
What is eBox?
eBox is a personal and secure electronic letterbox for citizens. It collects all documents that are sent through the MySocialSecurity portal partner settings.
By using your eID reader, you get direct access to all these documents and you can view them from one central location.
Via a linked eBox on Doccle, you can consult a list of all these documents. You can also easily monitor how long they are stored in the eBox. These documents are visible in your eBox for a limited time. Thanks to Doccle, you can now securely save them in your Doccle archive before they lapse.
How can I link my eBox to my Doccle account?
How can I upload a document to my account?
Step 1: In your account, open the frame at the top right
Step 2: Click on the Upload icon.
Step 3: Click on Browse and select the file that you want to upload. This may be no more than 5 MB.
Step 4: You can subsequently change the name of the document and enter a date.
Step 5: If necessary, add a new category or allocate an existing category to your document.
Step 6: Click on Upload file
Go to your archive to view the document.

With itsme® you can easily register and log into Doccle, secure and sign documents and activate direct debits.

How can I only receive documents on Doccle?
Step 1: In your account, go to preferences and click on the category document settings.
Step 2: Click on the logo of the partner for which you want to change the settings.
Step 3: Click on the arrow next to the connection name to show the documents
Step 4: You can set a document type to ‘only receive electronically‘ by setting the adjacent slider to Yes.
Note: Each Doccle partner has defined which document types you can set for yourself. So it may not be possible to change the setting for some document types. In that case you will not be able to adjust the slider.
How can I change my username?
Chat with us or mail us on email@example.com, mentioning your current username and the required username, we will then change that for you as soon as possible.
How can I change my email address?
In your account, go to preferences and then select account settings.
You can then change your email address, telephone number and other contact details.
Click save to save your changes.
