Data exchange: the right to be forgotten
We are of the opinion that everyone must be free to start or stop using Doccle. However, various scenarios are possible.
Removing documents from your archive
If you wish to remove the documents from Doccle, you can do this in your Doccle safe. The trash icon next to your document will permanently remove the document from Doccle.
Removing a connection with an organisation
Do you wish to remove the connection with an organisation on Doccle? Then contact our Customer Interaction Agents via firstname.lastname@example.org to remove the connection. Via our automatic processing, the organisation in question will be notified that you no longer want any documents in Doccle. No other actions are needed to achieve this.
If you wish to exercise any other rights regarding a certain organisation, please contact this organisation directly.
Removing all your Doccle data, including your profile and safe
If you wish to stop completely with Doccle, we remove your connections, your data and your documents from your Doccle safe. Be aware that removal is final, therefore you should download your documents before you submit this request if you wish to store them locally.
In order to ensure that we remove the correct data, it is only possible to exercise this right after you have logged in to Doccle, this is an extra measure to fight abuse on our platform.
If there is any other data that you wish to remove, as from May 25th 2018, you can indicate so in this form. You have to log in first.
