Click on the “Create your free account” button at the top right and create your Doccle account. Do you prefer to use a smartphone or tablet? Then install the Doccle app and create your account there.

2. Add companies

Add a company to your Doccle. Connect with the company, organization or government. From now on you will receive all your documents digitally via Doccle.

3. Manage your documents

Ready to arrange all your administration digitally from now on? You can legally archive your payslips or pay your invoices online. Sign an important document? You’re off in just a few clicks!

  • If you haven’t received an email even after a few minutes, check below for the most common causes:

    • First, check that you didn’t make any typos. After all, that happens quickly.
    • Are you checking the right mailbox? Maybe you have a different e-mail address in the meantime, or are you using your work’s mail address?
    • There is a typo in the email address in your account (when in doubt, contact us)
    • Check your spam / junk / junk mail / advertising folder….

    Note: if you received a mail with an email address in it, this is also the username you can use to log in. If it does not match the e-mail address in your account, send us a message to change your username.

  • You forgot your password but do not receive an email to reset your password?

    If you haven’t received an email even after a few minutes, check below for the most common causes:

    • You entered your email address instead of your username (these may differ)
    • The username was incorrect. Check that you didn’t make any typos, for example. It is also possible that your username contains spaces (or not). If in doubt, you can retrieve your username via the forgotten username link on the login page.
    • Are you checking the correct mailbox? Maybe you have a different e-mail address in the meantime, or are you using an address from your work?
    • There is a typo in the email address in your Doccle account (when in doubt, contact us)
    • Check your spam / junk / junk mail / advertising folder…
  • You can log in to your Doccle account in the following ways:

    Go to the login page and log in directly with your username and password or choose Sign in with eID or Sign in with itsme.

     

  • Doccle attaches great importance to your security. As a result, only reliable companies that cooperate with us can add documents on Doccle. Thus, the documents in Doccle are always real documents. The documents themselves are also encrypted, so that only you can see them.

  • Yes, your account and documents are stored in a digital, encrypted vault. This allows you to access your account from anywhere and with any device. All you need is your login credentials.

  • Practically speaking, private and professional Doccle-accounts do not differ from each other. Every Doccle-account offers the possibility to insert company details such as the company name and number.

    It is also possible to receive and treat private as well as professional documents within the same account. As a user, you decide yourself in which Doccle-account a connection with a company is activated.
