Everything you need to know about the General Data Protection Regulation.
The General Data Protection Regulation, abbreviated to GDPR, is the new European legislation concerning data protection of European citizens. The legislation must be respected by companies, but also by government services such as the justice department or police. On 25 May 2018, every company or government service that collects personal data will have to comply fully with these regulations.
Concerning Doccle, we can split up the application into three big parts: information about data protection, the way in which we process data and your rights and freedoms.
The new GDPR rules apply to every organisation that collects personal data of European citizens. We help the companies and organisations that share documents via Doccle to comply with their GDPR requirements. We do that with the help of an extensive series of privacy and security measures.
