Our mission is to deliver your documents to your customers or recipients as quickly, efficiently and cheaply as possible. That’s why we’ve developed various methods for seamlessly adapting our document distribution solution to your specific requirements. Doccle documents can be displayed in your own portal via a plugin for example.
Adjacent is an example of the Doccle plugin at KBC. KBC customers can view Doccle documents from the mobile banking app, without having to log in anywhere else.
Many companies and organisations still send administrative documents and invoices via email. However, the number of fraud cases via phishing is increasing exponentially. It also means that important documents are stored in a mailbox, which is not the most secure or convenient option for the recipient. And it often results in invoices being overlooked.
By placing documents on our secure platform, you protect yourself from the risks associated with email. You also get to determine the security level of those documents that you place on Doccle yourself. This consequently enables you to make documents (temporarily) visible via a single click in an email, or to protect them with a login or identification via eID or itsme.
Choose Doccle and you are opting for a 360° approach to document distribution. Doccle is the largest administration platform in Belgium. It is therefore essential that those using Doccle can do so on the device of their choice, be it mobile or a PC. The Doccle app allows users to manage their administration from their smartphone or tablet. This means that they can consult their entire archive, process new documents and be reminded of impending payment dates anytime, anywhere.
Doccle not only delivers solutions for companies and organisations that send large document volumes; we also provide a dedicated service for the self-employed, SMEs and accountants. For SMEs, an enhanced service provision for end customers is a key driver in choosing Doccle. The user-friendly Doccle environment, with payment functionality and universal mobile access, ensures expedited invoice payments. Investing in e-invoicing is also attractive from a tax perspective: since 2016, businesses have been able to enjoy a 13.5% tax deduction on investments in electronic invoicing software.
