How do I receive and/or send invoices via Peppol?
With Doccle, you’ll be able to both receive and send Peppol invoices. You don’t need a new application, and you can keep creating invoices as you always have. Doccle automatically converts them and sends them through Peppol. That way, you’re fully ready for the future.

Receiving invoices
- You receive a notification from Doccle when an invoice arrives.
- You can then pay it via the Doccle app or your banking app.
- To view the invoice in detail, click on the “Document” tab
- You can store invoices for as long as you like.
- Receiving Peppol invoices in Doccle is free.

Sending Peppol invoices
First, create your invoice, for example in Word or Excel. Through your Doccle account, you can then upload your invoices as PDFs. Doccle automatically converts the invoice into the required UBL format and sends it via Peppol to your customer.
Also useful:
- Doccle attaches a PDF of the invoice so your customer/supplier can read it. If they are not yet on Peppol, we send it by email only.
- You can automatically share your invoices with your accountant.
- Electronic sending via DocclePro is available for only €4 per month (excl. VAT).

Creating your Doccle account
To start using Doccle, you first need to create an account. You can perfectly use it for both your private administration and your paperwork as a self-employed professional.
- Go to our login page
- Choose your preferred method to create an account:
- Via your itsme account
- With your email address
Registering your company on Peppol
Once you have an account, you can register your company for Peppol in just a few steps.
- Log in to your Doccle account
- Go to the ‘Find Companies’ tab
- Select Peppol
- Click continue and follow the further instructions

Follow these steps

- Go to the Connections page and choose Connect to your accounting on the bottom right.
If you’re using the Doccle app, tap + Add at the bottom of the screen and choose Connect accountant. - Then tap Connect accountant at the bottom.
- Enter your company details; these will be automatically recognized while typing. If not, you can enter the information manually.
- Enter the email address of your accountant or accounting software and assign a name of your choice to the connection.
- Select the senders (including Peppol) whose documents you want to automatically forward to your accountant or accounting software.
- Review the details to make sure everything is correct and tap Done.
- Go to the Connections page and choose Connect to your accounting on the bottom right.
