How to add ERGO?

Contact ERGO on 02 535 58 88
- You can request your Doccle security code. This code will then be sent to you by email.
Take a recent ERGO document (e.g. annual statement, tax certificate, invoice)
- You will need it later on.
Login to Doccle
- Login to your Doccle account. If you don’t have one yet, create a new account first.
Select ERGO in the overview of companies
You can always find this overview via the “Connections” tab.
Enter the requested information
- A random contract number (you can find this on any document received from ERGO). Note: a contract number may consist of numbers, letters as well as special characters. Please only enter numbers and/or letters, no special characters.
- Your Doccle security code, which you received from ERGO by email. (You first have to request your code, you can do this by contacting ERGO on 02 535 58 88).
Done!
From now on you will receive an email for every new document on Doccle.

Are there no documents in your archive?

That’s possible.

ERGO does not yet provide an archive of old documents on Doccle. Once you have added ERGO, you will receive your documents on Doccle the next day.

The Doccle-codes

Your contract or policy number is on the first page of each document you receive from ERGO. Note: a contract number may consist of numbers, letters as well as special characters. Please only enter numbers and/or letters, no special characters.
You have received your Doccle security code from ERGO by email. (You first have to request your code, you can do this by contacting ERGO on
