How does Doccle work?

Wondering how to get started? No need to worry! On this page you’ll find a practical step-by-step guide to help you get started with Doccle.
STEP 1: Create an account
Already have a Doccle account? Log in here.
New and want to register? Create an account here.
STEP 2: Add your companies
That’s great! You now have a Doccle account and are ready to receive, pay for and store documents from your companies.
But before you get started, you’ll need to connect with each company whose documents you’d like to receive.
STEP 3: How do I establish a connection?
Via a simple button or a QR code in a e-mail
- You have received an e-mail from the company in question containing a link to log in.
- The e-mail may also contain a QR code. In this case, you need to scan it.
Via the company portal
Take a look at the company portal. You may find a button to connect to Doccle.
Via your personal QR code or the code on your last paper invoice
- Your personal Doccle codes can usually be found on the last invoice you received from the company in question.
- You can scan the QR code found on your last invoice as well.
Doccle offers the above methods, but not all companies have all the methods enabled. Want to know which method is easiest for which company? Find your company on our companies page and we’ll explain.
