Product owner (End User)

You own the end user side of Doccle. That means the (web)app, the experience, the features that 3.9 million Belgians interact with every day. You work in a cross-functional team with analysts, developers, testers and designers — discovering what users truly need, delivering with focus, and iterating relentlessly until it’s right.

• Discover relentlessly. You talk to users, analyse behaviour, run experiments, and dig into data to surface the insights that drive the roadmap.
• Deliver with focus. You prioritise ruthlessly, and keep your team pointed at outcomes — not just output.
• Iterate until it’s right. You treat every release as a hypothesis, not a finish line. You measure, learn, and improve continuously.
• Shape the assistant vision. You help define what it means for Doccle to be a proactive, AI-powered assistant — not just a document inbox — and you translate that vision into a concrete product roadmap.
• Own the details. Great end user products live and die in the details. You care about flows, edge cases, copy and the moments that make or break trust.
• Bridge user and business. You understand the commercial context — our partner ecosystem, payment integrations, data model — and you make decisions that work for users and for Doccle.

Must-haves:

• Proven track record as a Product Owner or Product Manager building and iterating on end user-facing digital products
• Strong discovery skills — user research, data analysis, hypothesis-driven development
• The ability to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• A genuine obsession with user experience: you feel it when something’s off, and you don’t ship until it’s right
• A rigorous analytical mindset with zero-error tolerance — You will own payment and document distribution processes, where precision is non-negotiable. You possess the “detective” skills to spot edge cases and the discipline to ensure data integrity and security are never compromised.
• Fluent in English (our working language)

• Experience in payments or financial services products
• Familiarity with AI-powered product development or working with LLMs
• Experience in a scale-up or platform business
• Dutch/French is a real plus — it helps you connect with users and colleagues alike
