Product owner

We’re looking for a Product Owner to own and continuously improve a core part of Doccle’s platform.  You’ll translate strategy into a clear backlog, align stakeholders, and ship high-impact increments that delight users and partners while meeting compliance and security standards.

What you’ll do
  • Turn strategy into action: collaborate with stakeholders on the roadmap and convert it into deliverable increments for your squad.
  • Own the product backlog: define, prioritize, and refine epics/stories, based on user value, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Maximize squad impact: plan sprints, set sprint goals, manage scope and ensure clarity of acceptance criteria, in collaboration with the functional analyst & developers in your squad.
  • Stakeholder communication: provide crisp updates on progress, risks, and decisions to leadership and cross-functional teams.
What you’ll bring
  • 5+ years in a Product Owner/Product Manager role: ideally in platforms, fintech or B2B/B2B2C services with partner integrations and API’s.
  • Ability to work autonomously: take end-to-end ownership, make sound trade-offs with incomplete information, proactively unblock the team, and keep stakeholders aligned without heavy oversight.
  • Eagerness to learn: high curiosity about our domain (omnichannel distribution, payments & banking, …), openness to feedback, and a habit of continuously improving tools, processes and craft.
  • Hands-on mentality: roll up your sleeves to clarify requirements, write acceptance criteria, test features and jump into support when needed. You’re not afraid to step out of the comfort zone to get things done.
  • Solid grasp ofAgile/Scrum and modern delivery practices
  • Excellent communication in English (Dutch/French a plus) with the ability to align execs, partners and product development team members.
