Customer Succes Manager

As a Doccle Customer Success manager within our Doccle team, you are the point of contact for our customers in the various phases of the customer journey. You guide our customers with the start-up of the various Doccle products, but your advice may also be welcome in the sales phase. You are in contact with stakeholders from the various departments of the customer (developers, architects, finance and management) and always look for the best solution.

But even after they have started, you and your colleagues are responsible for turning the customer into a real Doccle fan and taking digitization to unprecedented heights for these customers.

Your competences
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a Customer Success function and can also use your experience to help improve our Customer Success processes
  • Your mother tongue is preferably French, but you also express yourself perfectly in Dutch and English
  • You preferably have an IT background and have at least a bachelor’s degree
  • You always strive for the best solution for the customer with specific attention from the long-term relationship.
  • You have a great sense of responsibility and are customer and result-oriented
  • Knowledge of IT integrations is a plus (e.g. XML, JSON, web services & SFTP)
  • You work in a structured and project-based way
  • You can independently hold a project or service meeting
  • You take security and privacy to heart
