How do I receive and/or send invoices through Peppol?

With Doccle, you will be able to receive and send Peppol invoices. You don’t need a new application for this, and you will create your invoices as you are used to. Doccle automatically converts them and sends them via Peppol. That way, you’re all set for the future.

Receiving invoices

To receive invoices electronically through Peppol, your company must be registered on the Peppol network. You do this through your Doccle account based on your CBE number. Registration on Peppol is free via your Doccle account.

Sending Peppol invoices

Through your Doccle account, you can upload your invoices as PDF. Doccle automatically converts the invoice into the required UBL format and sends it via Peppol to your customer. Electronic sending via DocclePro is available for only €4 per month (ex. VAT).

Also convenient:

  • Doccle sends along a PDF of the invoice for your customer/supplier to read. If they are not yet on Peppol, we only send via email.
  • You can automatically share your invoices with your accountant.

Here’s how to create your Doccle account

If you want to start with Doccle, you first create an account. You can use this perfectly for both your private administration, and for your paperwork as a self-employed person.

  • Go to our login page
  • Choose your preferred method of account creation
    • Via your itsme account
    • With your e-mail address

Here’s how to register your business on Peppol

Once you have an account, you can register your company for Peppol. You can get this done in a few steps.

  • Log in to your Doccle account
  • Choose tab ‘Find Companies’
  • Choose Peppol
  • Click on continue and follow further instructions

Share documents with your accountant

Via Doccle, you can automatically and systematically forward all your documents to your accountant or accounting software. Your accountant does not need a Doccle account; the only requirement is that the accounting software can receive documents via email.

Sending peppol invoices
  1. Go to the Connections page and choose Connect to your accounting on the bottom right.
    If you’re using the Doccle app, tap + Add at the bottom of the screen and choose Connect accountant.
  2. Then tap Connect accountant at the bottom.
  3. Enter your company details; these will be automatically recognized while typing. If not, you can enter the information manually.
  4. Enter the email address of your accountant or accounting software and assign a name of your choice to the connection.
  5. Select the senders (including Peppol) whose documents you want to automatically forward to your accountant or accounting software.
  6. Review the details to make sure everything is correct and tap Done.
