Your documents via MyMinfin?
Good news for anyone who likes to keep their administration organised: the government has greatly simplified the way documents are delivered. And as a Doccle user, you immediately benefit from that.
What exactly is changing?
Until recently, it worked like this: you received a message via your eBox, and therefore also via Doccle, letting you know that a new document was waiting for you. Did you actually want to view that document? Then you had to click through, log in again, search for your document… In short: an unnecessary detour nobody was waiting for.
Since April 2026, that is a thing of the past. Government documents are now sent directly to your eBox. This means they are also immediately available in your Doccle account. One click and you can read what you need to know. No extra logins, no redirects, no frustration.
One small point to note: this change is not retroactive. It therefore applies only to new documents.
A small change, a big difference
Admittedly, in the grand scheme of world news, this may not be a revolution. But it is exactly the kind of small frustration that used to cost many Belgians time and patience. And at Doccle, this is exactly the kind of improvement we are happy to embrace.
It is no coincidence either. At Doccle, we have been advocating for this step for years. We were convinced that, both for citizens and for our platform, it made much more sense to be able to open government documents immediately, without extra obstacles. Those efforts, together with the work of several government services, have finally paid off. And honestly? It was worth it.

So what makes Doccle worth considering?
It’s simple: in Doccle, you will not only find your government documents, but also payslips, invoices, insurance documents and other important administration. And all this from partners across different sectors, such as telecom providers, hospitals, medical laboratories, health insurance funds, water companies and many more.
All those documents also remain safely stored in the archive of your Doccle account. They will never disappear from there without your permission. In eBox, however, documents may disappear after a certain period of time.
