Sending and Receiving Peppol Invoices

Your Doccle account gives you access to Peppol. This way, you will immediately receive all your invoices in Doccle and will also be able to send invoices from there.

Register for Peppol

Once you have a Doccle account, you still need to register your company for Peppol. Once the registration is complete, invoices can be securely sent and received via this network.

Receiving Peppol invoices

  1. You receive a notification from Doccle when an invoice arrives
  2. You can then pay it via the Doccle app or your banking app
  3. To view the invoice in detail, click on the “Document” tab
  4. You can store invoices for as long as you like

Receiving Peppol invoices in Doccle is free.

Sending Peppol invoices

Sending Peppol invoices

  1. Click on your Doccle profile in the top right corner
  2. Select “Send Invoice”
  3. Upload your invoice (Word, Excel, or PDF)
  4. Doccle will convert it into the Peppol format
  5. Review and send
  6. If your customer is not yet registered on Peppol, you will receive a notification, and you can choose to email the invoice instead.

Note: We are still finalizing this feature, so it is not yet available. However, it will be launched soon.
