1. Sign in on Doccle.
2. Go to the most recent account statement that you have received from Telenet.
3. Click at the top right above the document on the link ‘Request/Change Direct Debit’.
4. Fill in your details correctly and then click on ‘Request Direct Debit’ to confirm.
5. Choose if you want to print the document or have it sent by post.
6. Confirm your choice once more or go back to change the details.
