How can I connect Telenet to my Doccle account?

You can use following guidelines to connect up your account on Doccle with Telenet:

1) If you already have an account, you can use your username and password to log into your account on www.doccle.be.
2) Expand the window in the top right corner of your homescreen.
3) You should now see several logos under ‘Connect to:’.  Click on the logo of Telenet.
4) You can find your personal token on the bottom of your invoice in a window.  Your clientnumber can be fount on top of your document.
5) Enter your token and clientnumber.

1) If you do not yet have an account, you have to register first by clicking ‘create an account’ on doccle.be.
2) Once you’ve chosen your password and username, you can use these to log into your account on Doccle.
3) Select the partner you want to connect with.  Click on the logo of Telenet under ‘connect to’.
4) You can find your personal token on the bottom of your invoice in a window.  Your clientnumber can be fount on top of your document.
5) Enter your token and clientnumber.  You are now connected to Telenet!

Where can I find my token to connect with Telenet?
– You can find your token on the last invoice you received from Telenet. It will be in a small window on the last page.

– Telenet will gladly answer all your questions regarding the content of your documents. You can contact them here. You can find their contact information on the left of the documents you received from Telenet as well.
