How can I connect KBC to my Doccle account?

You can use following guidelines to connect up your account on Doccle with KBC:

1) If you already have an account, you can use your username and password to log into your account on www.doccle.be.
2) Expand the window in the top right corner of your homescreen.
3) You should now see several logos under ‘Connect to:’. Click on the logo of KBC.
4) You received your tokens for KBC by (snail) mail, or in your inbox on KBC Online.
5) Enter your token and clientnumber. You are now connected to KBC!

1) If you do not yet have an account, you have to register first by clicking ‘create an account’ on www.doccle.be.
2) Once you’ve chosen your password and username, you can use these to log into your account on Doccle.
3) Select the partner you want to connect with. Click on the logo of KBC found under’connect to’.
4) You received your tokens for KBC by (snail) mail, or in your inbox on KBC Online.
5) Enter your token and clientnumber. You are now connected to KBC!

Important when connecting to KBC:

1. If you received a letter stating ‘personal tokens destined for …’ followed by two names, please call KBC’s Telecenter on 078 152 154 to request the relevant client number.
2. If you received a letter stating ‘personal tokens destined for …’ followed by one name, please follow the procedure at the bottom of this page to connect to KBC. But remember to check carefully that the name stated just above the tokens on your letter corresponds with the name on the bank card.
