How secure are my documents and data on Doccle?
Both the data stored in your account and the documents you receive on Doccle are secured according to the highest security standards. On our page about Security you will find all the info you need.
How do I change my password?
- At the top right in your account, click on settings and select the category password.
- First enter your current password.
- Enter your new password twice.
- Click the save button. You can use your new password from now on.

How can I delete my stored username/password?
Your password and/or username can be stored on your computer, so that you don’t need to keep entering them yourself.
If you don’t want this, for instance if other people also use your computer or because you have changed your password, then you can delete the stored details.
How you do this depends on which browser you use. If you don’t know which browser you use, you can check this via this website.

How do I register with my electronic ID card / eID?
To register with eID, you need your electronic ID card and an eID card reader.
The card reader may already be integrated in your computer. If not, you can buy one cheap from most multimedia stores.
The use of an eID and the accompanying software installation (middleware, add-ons, extensions etc.) depend on the internet browser used (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome etc.).
